As Beall PTA wants to focus on increasing people-power at recess time, we would like to invite our community members to volunteer at recess and win prizes!!! We will pick TWO winners at the end of every other month (October, December, February, April and June) for a $50 gift card each. The more you volunteer, the more chance you will win a prize!
To enter in the contest, you must complete the following:
1. Sign up for recess time slots on links: http://www.volunteerspot.com/login/entry/632988320038 - a link available from www.BeallPTA.org/volunteer
2. Follow through with your committed time(s) slot. On the day of the commitment, sign in at the front office.
3. Go throw a ball, jump rope, play Simon Says, start a kick ball game or just walk around and smile!

We need volunteers for cafeteria and recess monitors for each grade. You can signup for one or more shifts on as many days as you like. Just click on the button below to signup on the VolunteerSpot.com signup page or http://www.volunteerspot.com/login/entry/632988320038
You will help out the school tremendously by signing up for volunteering to be a helper/monitor at lunch and recess. It would be terrific if you can sign up for a regular spot for once a week. But any shifts are welcome. You can also just drop in if you happen to have time but the school would love to know in advance so they can plan accordingly. Additionally, it's a great way to see how your children are doing in a social environment.
You should receive a confirmation from volunteerspot.com and a reminder 2 days before your shift. Check your spam box!

If you speak one the languages spoken in our Beall family we'd love to have your help making information available to non-English speakers.
Did you find it hard to change schools or to start a new life at Beall? Please find some time to volunteer to be a resource for a non-English speaking family and help to make their transition easier. We'll collect your name and the language you can interpret in and link you with a new Dragon family.
Help - Exterior of School
We need help doing a bunch of stuff outside of school like weeding, weeding and weeding. Please help keep our school beautiful. Please email our Gardening Coordinator Meleah Boyle <meleahboyle@gmail.com> and offer her a hand.
