The PTA is thrilled to announce that on Friday, April 8th, we will be hosting a Spring Silent Auction. Stay tuned for more details, but go ahead and start thinking about how you will get involved.
The Silent Auction Committee is looking for volunteers to assist with obtaining and organizing donations of items, services, etc. In addition, we are asking the Beall Community to consider donating to the Silent Auction -- we would love to engage and showcase our local Beall Community and encourage everyone to donate at least one service or good.
Get creative! Examples of items and services we would like donated are:
Art or fine crafts
Health services (personal training sessions, nutrition counseling)
Pre-made theme baskets or items to be included in gift baskets, such as:
-- Wine and Cheese
-- Adult or Youth Book Lover
-- Snow Day!
For theme baskets, consider getting a group together so everyone can brainstorm on fun ideas and pitch in an item or two; room parents, consider organizing class parents to create a basket that can be donated on behalf of the class!.
We would love to accept any services or items you are able to donate. To volunteer to donate an item or service, please contact our Donation Coordinator, Mara Miller, at firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the attached donation form (print and write-in or type in and print) and send it to school in an envelope labeled "Beall PTA: Silent Auction" or email an electronic version to Mara at email@example.com.
