The second annual Race to Nowhere movie screening was on March 5th - thanks to Tida Violante for organizing this showing!

And yet another round of thanks to Tida Violante for her all-star advocacy efforts this month, especially in bringing folks together to Get on the Bus to Annapolis on March 6th to lobby our state legislators for much needed MCPS funding! Thank you Tida for all your hard work!

A fantastic and fun Dine Out night was had at Five Guys and Marble Slab Creamery on March 13th. Made to order burgers and craft ice cream on the Square? What's not to love?! A huge round of applause to Christy Koenig and the rest of the Dine Out team – and major thanks to all the parents and kids who turned out!

Lots of Beall folks turned out to Meet the Members of the Board of Education on March 20th! Thanks to everyone who attended!

Thanks to Meg Page for organizing our 3rd Annual Raffle! Kindergarten teacher extraordinaire and proud Beall parent Keryn Saffell won the iPad Air! There were tons of other prize winners - we'll get them posted soon!

All those winners were announced at yet another extraordinary March Madness on March 21st! We extend our thanks to the amazing efforts of Doug LunenfeldRob Healy, and the Beall staff and parent teams for this fantastic event! Our deepest gratitude to this hard-working group for organizing this very special biannual event! Thanks to Rob Gibbs, who led the unBEARably cute Cub Scout Pack 928 in marching the colors out to center court and having the audience to rise for the singing of the national anthem. Halftime entertainment was provided courtesy of our incredibly talented Beall students, including Janice Lunenfeld's Hip Hop Dance teams! And let’s certainly not forget all the fantastic families who came out to root for their teachers and families!
