2018 Book Fair

The Book Fair is coming November 8th, 9th, 12th & 13th.

The Book Fair begins on Thursday, Nov 8th (with preview days for the kids on Nov 5th & Nov 7th)! The proceeds go back to Beall and allow teachers to buy books and items for their classrooms. 

Get a jump start on your holiday shopping or work on building up your child's home library with some new books!!

Check out the Book Fair on Friday, Nov 9th when you come to cheer on your Dragons in the Fun Run! We will shut down the Fair during the run itself so we can cheer on the kids, but please stop in to shop before and after! Also, the 12th and 13th are Parent Teacher conference days, so you can also shop the fair when you come for the conference.

Does your child want to buy books at the Fair, but you don't want to send in cash that might get lost? eWallet is for you. Now you can set up an account online that puts a hold on your credit card for your desired amount. Your child may spend up to the amount in the account, and you are only charged for whatever your child spends! Box Top drive starts this week!

The first Box Top drive of the year is beginning this week of November 12th and will run through Friday, December 14th. This is the first of two Box Top drives and the top three classes at the end of the year will receive prizes.

Did you know that each Box Top has a value of ten cents? That means fifty Box Tops equals $5 for the school! Additional information and participating items can be located at btfe.com. There is also a new Box Top app that can be used to earn extra money for our school.

The contest flyer with a Box Top collection sheet is attached and hardcopies will be sent home in your child's backpack this week.

Beall ES 2018 Book Fair (November 8th-13th)

The Book Fair is coming November 8th, 9th, 12th & 13th. This is a multi-day event, so we need a lot of help to pull it off. We are looking for volunteers to set up, help the kids make selections, organize and restock shelves, run the registers at the fair and pack it up again. Here is the link to sign up to volunteer: click here

SAVE THE DATE - Fun Run on November 12th! (NEW DATE)

Beall PTA is hosting a Fun Run during the school day on Friday, November 12th, 2018 (NEW DATE!). This is fundraiser! Our school goal is $5,000, and we would love everyone to join in on the fun! The event flyers are here: flyer #1 and flyer #2. Proceeds from this Fun Run will be earmarked to upgrade the outdoor areas behind the school.

1. Register your child by visiting TheGetMovinCrew.com. It's free, easy, and takes only a few minutes! Note: if your child participated last year your account should still be in place, you’ll just need to reactivate your student(s).

2. Share your student's fundraising webpage via email to 10-15 friends and/or family.

3. Post on Facebook or other Social Media. It's two clicks of a button to post. Post and see what happens!

4. Come cheer on your little one as they run thru the course on Friday November 9th!
