The Mask You Live In

Beall Elementary School

What is happening to our boys?  What challenges and pressures do they face daily?  How does this impact them at home, school, and in the community?  The Mask You Live In is a documentary produced by The Representation Project that sets out to answer these questions, as well as the question, What does it mean to "man up?"

The PTA will be supporting Beall E.S. in hosting a screening of this video on Wednesday, October 26, at 7:00 PM.  The run time is one hour and thirty seven minutes and will be followed by a group discussion.  You may view the trailer here.  The PTA will be providing pizza for dinner beginning at 6:30pm.  If you plan to participate in the pizza portion of the event, please rsvp so we may purchase the appropriate amount.  This presentation is intended for parents only.  Free onsite childcare will be provided by Global Children's Center.

We hope you are able to join us for this powerful event!
