We have several PTA sponsored events coming up and could REALLY use your help in making them a success!
Our next big PTA event will be the Winter semi-formal dance on Friday February 24th from 7pm-9pm. This will be a wonderful time for our dragon families to get dressed up and come out for a night of dancing and fun! The PTA and the Dragon Men have partnered to make this event extra special and there will be a photo booth on site to capture this special night. Our committee has been working hard to make this a wonderful night for all! If you would like to help out, please sign up via this link!
March MADNESS is coming our way!! Our 9th annual March Madness Beall Staff versus Parents basketball game will be held on Friday March 17th in the main gymnasium at Richard Montgomery High School. This is definitely a Beall favorite event! Watch as the teachers and parents go head to head for a fun filled (and likely comedic!) game! There will be a half time show with performances by the student dance team and chorus! Flyers were sent home via backpack and tickets are on sale now! Lost the flyer? Never saw it? No worries! We will be holding our second annual Silent Auction on Friday April 28th! This will be a night where you may bid on many different items and services and the proceeds will be donated to the school! I know what you're thinking... April and the spring may seem VERY far away when we just got another blast of old man winter, but what makes these events a success is all the planning that goes in ahead of time! We need assistance with soliciting/coordinating donations for the auction items, food donations, etc. If you are interested in helping out in any way, please sign up via this link. The time has come to prepare for this year's yearbook! The yearbook company has changed software which has, in turn, changed the way photos will be collected. If you would like to submit photos to be used in the yearbook (which we hope you will!), your options are as follows:
1. (Preferred) Follow this link to Dropbox and upload photos directly into the prepared folders for various events/general grade level. **You will need to have/create a Dropbox account to add photos using this method. It is free to create an account.
2. If are unable to use a Dropbox account for whatever reason or have technical difficulties, you can email your photos to email@example.com. If you choose to do this, please be sure that photos are labeled to indicate what event it is for (or what grade level if it is not for a specific event). If you have a group of photos from the same event (ie. Halloween, Dragon Disco), you can send them in one email as long as the email subject indicates the event. If they are individual photos from different events, please make sure that they are each labeled accordingly. ***It will be very time consuming to sort photos and if they are not labeled properly they may not be used.
Please start submitting photos ASAP and continue as more events take place. We can't wait to see what our little Dragons have been up to!!
